Catering
The full menu, dropped off or served — jerk drum and all — for parties of 20 to 200 across Miami-Dade.
Kingston Catch caters the same menu you'd get at the counter: whole fried fish, jerk off the drum, and rice and peas cooked in real coconut milk, not a mix. Drop-off trays feed offices and family gatherings; full-service events bring the drum and a cook to your backyard.
We've done graduations, church anniversaries, backyard reggae parties, and a few weddings where the groom insisted on jerk chicken over a plated dinner. Tell us the headcount and the occasion and we'll build a spread that fits both.
Book at least a week out for drop-off, two to three weeks for full-service with the drum — pimento wood and a pit cook need lead time.
- Drop-off trays (20–75 guests) and full-service with the jerk drum (to 200)
- Whole fried or steamed fish available by the tray
- Vegan and gluten-free sides always available
- Chafing dishes and serving utensils included on drop-off
- Miami-Dade delivery
Catering FAQs
Do you bring the jerk drum to events?
Yes, for full-service bookings — the drum and a cook come to you. Drop-off catering is pre-cooked and kept warm in chafing dishes instead.
How much lead time do you need?
One week for drop-off trays, two to three weeks for full-service with the drum. Holiday weekends book faster — call early.
